Thank you for shopping with Claire Jewelry. I believe in transparency and want you to feel confident and informed when placing an order.


Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding South African public holidays).

Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for shipment. During high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking details will be provided once available.


Shipping Time

I currently ship within South Africa only.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other external factors.

I do my best to ensure your jewelry reaches you as quickly and safely as possible, but delivery delays may occasionally occur and are outside my control.

  • Free shipping within South Africa, unless otherwise stated at checkout.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order. I am not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for transit lies with the courier service. However, I will always assist you in tracking your order or submitting an investigation if needed.
